During her Near Death Experience (NDE), while on the other side Heather was shown the intricate workings of the entire human energetic system, and downloaded with knowledge regarding how to channel specific vibrational energy to optimize health, as well as she came back with the ability to see energy around everything.

Heather Mae was told she'd need to utilize the knowledge to first work with herself, which took her 10 years after her NDE; to then share her skills with others so they can acquire the tools to help themselves.

She has developed a unique and comprehensive approach that helps people to utilize, integrate and manage energetic patterns by providing an integrative perspective on how energy is interwoven within us, around us, and broadcasts outward.
