" I have been a nurse for close to 18 years now and started on a healing journey about 3 years ago to recover from traumas from my childhood and different experiences I have had in my life. At first I started seeing a counselor, however that didn't resonate for me nor did I find it was meeting my needs. I then tried spiritual work, reiki etc, and worked with different energy healers and then about 3 months ago I came across an Instagram post where Heather was talking about her near death experience. Being a nurse I heard about many of these experiences and have witnessed many miracles we will call them in my career and I found Heather's story fascinating. There was an authenticity about her that made me reach out for a session. In that first session my mind was blown, Heather, who I had never met, described exactly who I was as a person, what my childhood was like, she described my family dynamics, and was able to pinpoint many behaviors I had, that I did in order to survive life, many of these things I have never told anyone about before. Yet there she was describing my life on paper. She also was able to talk to me about my Chakra and energy system and where the fractures were. Interesting, I have suffered from stomach problems for many years now. I have been to doctors and specialists, had all the tests run and no one could tell me what was wrong with my stomach. They just gave me medication to decrease the stomach pains. In my first session Heather told me about my nervous system, how I had been operating in fight or flight the majority of my life and storing all my emotions in my stomach area, I was given a meditation to do daily in order to calm my nervous system down, Heather walked me through the first meditation and helped ensure I was moving the energy through my body correctly ( no healer I had seen has ever done this before so I knew then that Heather truly cared about her clients and wanted to ensure they got the help they needed). After my first session, within 2 weeks my stomach pain had stopped. I no longer was needing medication to stop my stomach from hurting, someone was finally able to tell me exactly what was wrong and Heather was right! I have been working with Heather for about 3 months and I am on my 3rd meditation, and the knowledge, insight, teachings, releasing and learning Heather has given me in 3 months is more than I have received in 3 years. I recommend Heather to everyone I know who needs some guidance. Heather is authentic and real, and she teaches you and guides you versus just saying "oh ill fix that for you." She gives you the tips to navigate life, how to work through your problems, and how to heal your traumas. She truly helps you fix your mind, body and soul as a whole and the best part is, she stands with you along your journey. As we know you sometimes don't know when a trigger will happen, recently I had something come up and I reached out with an SOS to Heather and she was there for me. She gave me a meditation to work with that would help me now and had me in for a session in short time. I truly feel supported by Heather. Besides being a wonderful human being who has relatable life experiences, she is one of the best intuitive healers I have ever met. I highly recommend her to anyone, even if you are on the fence, if you found your way to Heather, take it as a sign that you are on the right path and book in for a session.
